Jake's First Day of School

Last week Jake started kindergarten at St. Mary's in Melrose. He had a fabulous first day and every day since. He still says that the bus is his favorite part (and of course what worried me the most) but school is racing it to beat it out. Here are the events of the big day:

Ben and Sam were watching too. It was a big day for all of us.

Friendly bus driver and Jake in the front seat. This was the moment that I got a little emotional, not too bad, no tears, but it was a little strange to see him just take off and be on his way.

Ben played with Play Doh almost the whole day. He's usually busy playing with Jake.
